‘Pixie’ was originally commisoned as Silvana, before being renamed in 1904. The boat occupied the sail No.8, before being given No.5 in 1912. Following the loss of Iolanthe in a heavy gale and the arrival of Psyche from the Enniskillen Yacht Club, Pixie took sail No.5, while Psyche took Pixie’s original.
