Zephyr Restoration

The second of the Enniskillen Yacht Club Fairies, originally commissioned as ‘Tuftie.’ The boat had an extensive and highly successful racing career, often winning against her sisters in many races and being one of the most used pre and post war yachts. Sailing all the way up until the late 1970s, Zephyr was purchased by John Suitor, who undertook a major and thorough restoration from the keel up. In 2010 the boat re-entered the waters of Lough Erne after a 30 year absence, looking as graceful and elegant as ever. More information on the yacht’s history can be viewed here.
